3. Wine Purchases, E-Commerce, and Shipping

Merchandise Availability: Non-alcohol merchandise orders (such as apparel or hats) are subject to stock availability.
Returns and Exchanges: Unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
5. Tasting Room Reservations & On-Property Conduct
Private Property Restrictions: Woodhawk Vineyards is a working, private agricultural property located in Sonoma County. Driving onto the property or unauthorized entry is strictly prohibited and will be treated as trespassing.
Reservations & Cancellations: Once open, all visits, tastings, and events are strictly subject to advance reservations and capacity limitations. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance, or they may be subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee.
Refusal of Service: In compliance with California law, we will not serve alcohol to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated. We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, cancel a reservation on the spot, or remove individuals from the premises whose behavior compromises safety.

Proprietary Rights: All text, graphics, logos, images, layout, look, appearance, blog articles, audio clips, podcasts, and video content are the exclusive intellectual property of Woodhawk Vineyards.
